Hot Water Heater

This home suffered water damage in their basement after a hot water heater leaked. We, SERVPRO of St. Mary's and Calvert Counties, used the advanced water damage inspector to locate where the moisture was present. Our crew then used their extractor equipment to remove access the water and eliminate the moisture. The carpet was removed and a portion of the dry wall that was cut out because mold was present. We then carefully monitored the drying process using fans and dehumidifiers to avoid the possibility of furture mold growth.
