Toy Battery Causes Flames In A Lusby Garage

In late November, we got a call for a garage fire that was caused from a toy that had been tossed in the trash to be thrown away. The lithium batteries in the toy had gone bad and caught fire, catching flame to the entire trash can. Luckily, the fire did not cause serious damage and our team was able to get in there to save most.

The before picture shown was the smoke and soot damage that was left on the garage window after the fire was put out. And as you can see after SERVPRO got in there, it looks "Like it never even happened."
