Sump Pump & Drain Tile
This was another shot from the Brandywine crawl space which was having issues with standing water which then lead to the infestation of mold. Our crews first step was to remove the insulation, as well as, the vapor barrier completely out of the crawl space and cleaned out the entire area. After, they installed a new vapor barrier, sealed the vents, installed a dehumidifier. This "after" picture shows the sump pump that was installed to remove standing water and reduce the likely hood of mold. If you could see the other side of the "after" picture, you would see crew a drain tile on the exterior of the home that was installed to help the water to be released.
